mastery

a twisted irony
cruel twist of fate grates me
dreams?!
are they really
wish fulfilment
freudian theory
look deep
see life's fury
battered and bruised
on the road to glory
still finding
mastery eluding me
made my mind up
to no longer pursue
let mastery find me 
now i'm elusive
eluding mastery
has made me master.
